The Lewmar CPX1 12v Gypsy Only 5/16″ Chain 9/16 Line is developed to compliment the current V-range. Lewmar has developed the new CPX range. CPX windlasses feature the tried and tested worm-wheel gearbox architecture and use quality materials throughout – hard anodized aluminium for the base and cast stainless steel for the gypsy top cap and chain pipe cover.

Subsequently, the CPX deck unit features an alloy base. With an emphasis on reliability, they have reviewed the architecture of the windlass and reduced the number of parts without compromising on performance. This also makes the windlass easier to service.
