Iveco 8210 M22.10 220hp Six Cylinder Naturally Aspirated Heat Exchanger Cooled Bobtail Marine Diesel Engine.
This is a great low revving unit for a commercial application. 13.8L producing 220hp @ 2200rpm on a heavy duty (D) rating for continuous output.
Removed from a commercial vessel during refit and in good overall condition. The tachometer is unfortunately missing from the control panel so we do not know the running hours of this unit.
That said, the engine has been tested by our workshops, starts instantly from cold and runs very smoothly with good oil pressure. No smoke and no crankcase pressure at all. Recent new starter motor fitted. All fluids clean and in their proper places and no evidence of any leaks at all so it has clearly been well looked after.
This unit has now been serviced and painted, ready to go to work.
