VTE PAGURO 16500 – 17 KW – 1800 RPM Marine Generator

The PAGURO range is very broad, enabling the fulfillment of all power and performance requirements for both yachts and motor boats.

Quiet. Both the engine and the alternator of a Paguro generator are water cooled. This eliminates the need for air flow through the capsule to cool the generator, resulting in significantly lower noise output. Air for combustion passes through small holes in the base, which are designed and constructed to prevent sound escaping. The soundproof capsule is made from multilayered reinforced glass fiber with a sound absorbing material and then lined with high-density sound absorbing foam to ensure maximum soundproofing.

No vibration. Relax and enjoy life on board. A dual anti-vibration system, based on 4 soft shock absorber mounts inside the capsule and 4 firm captive engine mounts outside, ensures that noise and vibration are reduced across a wider frequency range.

Light and compact. Every product in the Paguro range is conceived, designed and manufactured, using bespoke components when required, to achieve the goal of reducing generator size while maximizing power and keeping sound to a minimum. Space is at a premium on modern boats, so with a Paguro, more yachts are able to enjoy the benefit of a generator than before.

Safe. All Paguro generators are equipped with overheat and low oil protection systems featuring automatic shutdown and indication. The supplied remote panel features a unique real time LED power monitor so that you can see ‘at a glance’ how much power you are using.
